  • Part of the team behind Whakatutuki, the council’s new customer portal, and the services launched on it.
  • Led AI-assisted .NET port of a legacy Java system at a fraction of the externally quoted cost.
  • Built Next.js frontends and AWS infrastructure with Pulumi, and the CI/CD to ship them.
  • Introduced automated end-to-end testing, and championed AI-assisted development across the team.
